In her role as Executive Director of the Fundación para la Mejora de la Vida, la Cultura y la Sociedad (Americas Chapter), Diana actively works to improve quality of life and promote spiritual enrichment across Ibero-America. Her initiatives have positively impacted millions, collaborating with respected organizations such as The Way to Happiness and United for Human Rights among others.
Simultaneously, Diana channels her entrepreneurial spirit through the Ximma Boutique & Collective Showroom—an incubator named after the Spanish word “Cima,” meaning summit. This initiative focuses on nurturing emerging designers and entrepreneurs, helping them realize their highest potential. At Ximma, creativity meets commerce, offering mentorship and strategic visibility to those who are poised to make a meaningful impact.

Partnering with national leaders, she led outreach in schools, prisons, police forces, and communities—contributing to a 21% drop in violent crime and earning national recognition for restoring ethics and social responsibility.

As a Goodwill Ambassador and international spokesperson, she actively supports the mission of the Foundation for a Drug-Free World by promoting education as the most powerful tool in the fight against substance abuse.
Through outreach campaigns, partnerships, and public advocacy, she helps expand the reach of the Truth About Drugs program across Latin America—empowering youth, families, and institutions with factual information to make informed, drug-free choices.
